Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure that your floral arrangement or gift item is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to your requested item.

Flowers

In rare cases, if the florist may not have an individual flower type, they may substitute similar-looking flowers of equal or greater value than what you see in the picture.

And if the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used too.

Gift Baskets

If some particular item in the basket is out of stock, we will substitute a similar product of equal or greater value without compromising the overall design, theme, color and quality of the gift basket.
